Just waiting for one more engine bearing and it’ll be ready to go off to the garage to have them pressed in. Then the rebuild will start! I decided to investigate the world of bearings before I purchased the new ones; I’m a bit like that. I ended up selected metal shielded bearings which were massive overkill but when you’re looking at prices of £1.50 and £2.00, it doesn’t really make sense buying the cheaper ones.
